Who we are?

Nuovo Cescot E.R. is a development, research and training body promoted by the business association Confesercenti representing, in the Emilia Romagna region, more than 40.000 Small and Medium Enterprises in the Trade, Tourism and Services sectors.

Since 1980, we offer to enterprises, workers and unemployed people, actions oriented to innovation and professional growth.

Objective:

Our mission is to promote development and innovation among small and medium-sized companies actives in trade, tourism and services sectors and to provide qualification and professional training to entrepreneurs, managers and work force on the whole.

As part of this network, Nuovo Cescot E.R., the Emilia Romagna regional office guarantees the coordination of the training activities carried out at the Cescot and Confesercenti provincial offices: Piacenza, Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena, Bologna, Ferrara, Cesena, Forlì, Rimini, Ravenna.

Nuovo Cescot E.R. is certified by the Emilia Romagna Region which ensures the possession of the necessary qualifications to guarantee the reliability of the training centers.

Moreover, in order to guarantee to our customers, to the institutions we work with, to our client enterprises and to all our partners, an high quality management and delivering of training and research services, we have adopted a Quality System certificates by UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 quality standards assurance.

European Networks:

Nuovo Cescot E.R., through Confesercenti is part of the following Networks:UEAPME, the largest European association of small to medium-sized enterprises. Within Europe, UEAPME is an organisation which represents the interests of small to medium-sized enterprises (PMI) and of artisans in the European Union and new accession candidate states. 80 organisations are associated with UEAPME, from national federations to European sectorial organisations, all of them belonging to the PMI sector. “VITRINES D’EUROPE”– European federation of shopkeepers who work in historic city centres and face issues such as: infrastructural investment in the city, mobility, legislation, the financing of commercial organisations. Furthermore, through Cescot’s national office we also participate in the EDEN Network which encompasses around one hundred European organisations dealing with training, research and the battle against unemployment and poverty.
